Happy with our stay. The staff The we talked to were nice, polite and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The outside of the hotel was a little questionable. We arrived on a Saturday evening and checked in at the front desk. Since our room was on the first floor at the end of the hallway we moved the car to the side parking lot for a shorter trip to the room. The side door was not locked. It was ok at best. Not happy with the front desk. Not kind or friendly at all.

we stayed at extended stay carnegie for a week while our townhome was being finished. Overall the stay was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Only thing that I had a complaint about was the tub. When I went to give my daughter a bath, the tub had hair in it still from the previous guest. I went to the front desk and told the employee and he was quick to ask if we wanted to change rooms or him to come clean it. Which I found nice. Area is less desirable. Room was in well repair. Room was dirty. Bed was clean and towels were clean. The counter areas were sticky hangars were greasy. Staff needs trained in cleaning

Hotel was fabulous. Local area leaves a little to be desired.not a whole lot in the immediate area,but easy access to interstates
