The front desk is exceptionally helpful. I believe her name is Ernestine is the best person I’ve ever seen at customer service. When you make a reasonable request, she has no problem helping you immediately and with a smile and friendly conversation. Give her a promotion!

This property is older and a bit tired. It could use an update all the way around. Rooms were ok but the kitchenettes were old/dirty. The walls were paper thin and I could participate in the conversations of the rooms next to me if I wanted. For a few extra dollars look for another place. It will be worth it.

Sketchey people in parking lot, lobby, seems to have "in transition" guests rather than travelers. That's great but wasn't expecting that.

I needed a hotel to stay for one night and after looking at several reviews and comparing prices, I settled on Extended Stay. The hotel sits in the back of a small shopping center off of the highway. Staff was friendly and accommodating but the rooms were lacking in amenities and the hotel had an odd odor. Next time I will spend a little bit more for a hotel if I need to stay in the area.
