It was awesome
1. The elevator was not working and had to use flight of stairs to get to the room. The stairway amd walkways were dirty. Appeared like theybhad not swept or vacuumed in a while.
It's not the cleanest, but quick and quiet and cheap

This was going to be an unexpected stay due to a horrible traffic jam going home. I got to stay in Pleasanton not only the great price, but I was amazed that all those kept up compared to other hotels. Good location however the elevators were broken so past the second floor would’ve been a little inconvenient. You have to request shampoo. And the breakfast is very minimal.

The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. My stay was comfortable.
