Water coming from floor

our floor had an awful smell. I am assuming it came from the room labeled Trash room. Also, in room that a bed for 2 people you should have at least 4 pillows. And please consider better pillows. I had the worst sleep with the 1 very small pillow i had.

Room was in need of some needed repairs (kitchen cabinets, lights, table.

The hotel is needing a big upgrade, walls, furniture, bedding, general areas are old and some of them partially working. Breakfast is substandard, i would not even call it breakfast, coffee and muffins would be a better name

My room was spotless the couch looked like it had holes poked it.
