The customer service was great. They really cared to get me in and have everything I needed. What I didn’t like was, in my room, their were a lot of ants all over the room but except the bed. Which was really good because if they were in the bed, I’d report and ask to move.

I love that when you're greeted you feel welcome. Kathy is a major asset to this establishment.
rooms smelled musty, small pillows, "breakfast included" was grab and go which was muffin or instant oatmeal. Positives were quiet area and it included a full kitchen if needed
