The staff were very accommodating to me. I was in a bit of a pickle after being robbed off property, but Nova was very helpful in making sure I had another night’s stay at this property. Big big shoutout to her! She was very very helpful!

The conveniency of having many planes around. I like the fact that i had a lot of stores close to me. I didn't like the fact that it stated no smoking but my room smell like someone had smoke in there for days. Parking was also a bit difficult to find. Also at the day of checkout i had to wait 20 minutes just for someone to take the keys. Definitely will not stay at this location.

I liked that the doors are on the outside of the building. That's pretty much the highlight of my stay. The room smelled like an old smoking room. The only interaction I had with staff was at check-in and that left zero impact. Staff were neither friendly nor unfriendly making me feel neither welcome nor unwelcome. I won't be back. If I'm going to drop a couple hundred dollars, I want to be able to have a good reason for returning...or any reason. There are way too many other options available for me to return to mediocrity.
