The staff at this location are extremely helpful and friendly!! The room was awesome, clean and the grounds are beautifully maintained! I will be back in the future!

We have stayed here before and liked the building and room we stayed in. This time the room and building was definitely very used, worn, and tattered. Looked like there was some water damage to the cupboards and some other areas.

I mean. My room wasn’t clean I’ll just get that out of the way. There were insect carcasses under the sheets and that was pretty gross. The place wasn’t exactly clean and the room smelled like pee upon entrance. I ended up buying Glade to mask the smell because it was pretty strong. The refrigerator was another issue. There were either seeds or eggs on the bottom of the trays and when I put a few drinks in the fridge there were droppings that appeared on them. The staff were very accommodating to me. I was in a bit of a pickle after being robbed off property, but Nova was very helpful in making sure I had another night’s stay at this property. Big big shoutout to her! She was very very helpful!
The conveniency of having many planes around. I like the fact that i had a lot of stores close to me. I didn't like the fact that it stated no smoking but my room smell like someone had smoke in there for days. Parking was also a bit difficult to find. Also at the day of checkout i had to wait 20 minutes just for someone to take the keys. Definitely will not stay at this location.

Friendly staff but needs pest control

I liked that the doors are on the outside of the building. That's pretty much the highlight of my stay. The room smelled like an old smoking room. The only interaction I had with staff was at check-in and that left zero impact. Staff were neither friendly nor unfriendly making me feel neither welcome nor unwelcome. I won't be back. If I'm going to drop a couple hundred dollars, I want to be able to have a good reason for returning...or any reason. There are way too many other options available for me to return to mediocrity.
