Very clean. Looks like it has been renovated since a stay about 3 years ago. Not fancy but works well. About .6 miles from the light rail. Similar distance from grocery store, McDonalds, Ihop, coffee, Popeye's and Costco. Pets are allowed--I think an additional fee.

We did not have a remote control for TV, but got exercise getting up to change channels.
