Nice quiet property, but with almost no amenities; no "breakfast" other than granola bars at the small check-in lobby. No dishes upon arrival at the room kitchenettes - they have them at the front desk for check-out, but a hassle to get and carry to your room. Terrible time getting Extended Stay reservation to process through to the Hotel from Expedia pre-pay; after half an hour of multiple calls and questions, they finally gave us a room key - way too difficult and complex for a pre-paid reservation. We regret falling short of your expectations. We did have a water line break on 3/6. We did also have large areas closed off, and we did have the firemen here at the heart of the crisis. Leave a phone to ring the front desk person. Couldn't find the front desk person for 20 mins at late check in them check in was very slow after 11pm.
