Quick overnight stay I went down to the Portland area for an overnight stay. Many of the hotels were booked or quite a bit more so I booked this one. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room smelled a bit musty when I first entered it, but I opened the window for a little bit and the fresh air helped.

No worries Arrived at the wrong Extended America. But no worries, the receptionist said she would handle the paperwork and gave us an upgrade from the queen size room we reserved to a king size room. I was very pleased with my room and stay

Kristin was great and super friendly. Made sure special accommodations for handicap were made. Neighbors standing outside of window was only annoyance. Overall great stay..

Limited service This is very much a budget hotel, so if you keep that in mind, you might not be as disappointed as I was. My room was not cleaned once during my two night stay, not sure if that was part of the deal or not. When a business associate tried to call my room, the hotel lobby told them to 'call back later' rather than connecting us.
