Teach your stay not to be lazy at the front desk! The front desk is very slow to get up from her chair to come to the front desk, I can hear her. After saying hello 4 time and then I dinged the bell said hello one more time then I hear her get up off her chair. Other then that the room was nice and the bed was comfortable!

The staff was excellent. The room was not very clean, carpets were bad.

Simple Stay Really enjoyed the hotel, but not that dogs were present near my room. Service was outstanding!

One of my favorite hotel in this area I knew housekeeping is once a week, not every day at Extend Stay America. At that time, I stayed 10 nights and my room housekeeping was supposed to be done on Wednesday. When I went back to my room Wednesday night, unfortuntely housekeeping was not done. After that, I asked front desk to recover housekeeping on the next day three times, but has never been done. Gross Bathtub The front desk staff was alright, the breakfast was definitely continental (packaged muffins and granola bars, hot chocolate, coffee and instant oatmeal), but the room was awful; black mold all over the tile in the tub, dirty carpet that turned our socks brown, other people's hair on the blankets, and an unidentified object with hair on it between the sheets! We won't stay there again, nor recommend it to anyone.
