Poor soundproofing Noise from adjoining tenants was very loud every moment we were in our room. We definitely would have gone to another hotel if we had not pre-paid and there would be no refund.

Extend stay hotel I like staying here because the desk clerks are friendly and very convenient for me. I like have a kitchen so I do not have eat out all the time. Thanks so much

Extended Stay America - location, $, easy I love that I am not paying for services I don't use. Because it's extended-stay, you don't *need* a daily sheet change, trash removed, or bathroom scrub, and that savings is passed on to the customer. Those services are offered on your 7th day there, or more soon for a small fee. I also liked the option of an inexpensive wifi connection fee, instead of all customers being charged & raising the prices for everyone. friendly staff stayed just for 1 night. apparently intel affiliation gives free wifi internet [a shaky slow connection but enough to check emails]. friendly staff.

Will use this hotel again We enjoyed staying in this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We had a similar experience in Chicago and were happy to see Extended Stay near our granddaughter's home. I'm sure we will stay at this hotel again when we visit the area.

Yucky Room! Room smelled like wet dog and there was a can of opened dog food in the refrigerator. Gross!
