Had to ask for a tv remote, took four different remotes for them to find one that worked. Asked about ice machine, they said they don't have one. Then told me there should be ice cube trays in the freezer in the room. There weren't any so they gave me some. So obviously having to wait for trays to freeze. Front door automatic openers don't work; real fun when you're trying to maneuver a luggage cart in thru there. And lastly, the other exterior doors don't always accept the room card key, as in not functioning correctly.VERY... read more

No . My upstairs neighbors were ao loud i couldn't sleep

The hotel had no amenities. No ice machine, no gym, no blow dryer, and it's personal preference but I hate when hotels don't have conditioner. The kitchen functioned but there were no dishes of any kind in the cupboards.

My stay was disappointing from start to finish. First issue: no guest printing services—a basic necessity for business travelers. Instead, the night manager handed me a business card and told me to email my documents so they could print them “later.” Not exactly professional. Then came the noise. A blasting stereo outside was so loud the bass vibrated through my room for nearly an hour. We had 0 pillows in our room for 2 guests. Then they brought us two of the flattest pillows possible (at least they brought some) and said they didn’t have any other pillows. There was no remote for the TV, when we asked for one, they brought it but it didn’t work on our TV. Glad we only had to stay for one night…. Run far far away from Extended Stay in Beaverton.
