Fair Left my favorite pillow. Called next day. Hotel denied anyone finding any personal belonging although there was no doubt whatsoever this item was left and easily identifiable. I will never stay there again.
ok have been in better for the price Not the greatest due to the person staying in the room next to mine. He snored so loud I could not get to sleep.
good room for money Room was nice but we were on bottom floor and it sounded like someone was running on the floors above us all night long.
Great place, unbelievable price great place, very nice and clean, perfect location close to everything and it was super cheap.
Clean and efficient This hotel is clean and neat. It caters to business people traveling for work so does not have some amenities associated with hotels that cater to leisure travelers. However, we didn't *have* to have a pool or sauna so we weren't disappointed in any way. The front counter people were always polite and friendly. Keep in mind that the kitchenette has a full size fridge, microwave, sink and two burners. You will get a pot or a saucepan and fry pan. ESA Portland - Beaverton the hotel was clean and quiet which is important to me. The only complaint is the amount of time it took to check in.
The room is good.but breakfast not good
The photo of the room featured a recliner. I have hip problems and can only sleep in a recliner. The room that I was given had a chair and not a recliner. I asked four times to be switched to a room with a recliner, and they told me "they would get back to me." Never happened. Had two very bad nights in their facility. Also, the room key needed to be rekeyed. The clerk announced my room number with male strangers nearby. I am a single female and was concerned for my safety.
