Rooms are very clean although there is an odor in the halls from other rooms. General policy is to clean the rooms every two weeks. No cups or silverware or plates with kitchionette. They have to be rented. No insulation between rooms. Very noisy as others talk late and wake up early and talk until their partner leaves. Used mostly for long term housing of workers in area. Not for the every day traveler. Nice staff but understaffed.

The building seems new, enough that google maps has the driveway entrance in the wrong place. The staff was polite but overworked and all taking a smoke break when I arrived. It took them a while to figure out I was trying to check in. The room was adequate and seemed clean. Lots of interesting characters who stay long term at the hotel. We checked out around 10am and the front desk was unexpectedly closed. I just shoved my room keys under the closed window and left. It was strange.

Close to Airport and Portland First impression was not good at first- hotel was hidden behind Hampton Inn, waited a while for front desk staff to check-in but once greeted felt welcomed — Alexis was pretty down to earth. Guest was a mixed crowd from construction workers, families, couples, solos— I traveled with a friend so we just needed a clean place to crash. I liked the new upgrade and larger bathrooms that Woodspring Suites now offer. I liked the location. I liked the value. I didn't like the metal base for the bed. The mattress keep sliding around on it. Also it was noisy. Especially through out the night.

This hotel is minimalist. Arrived late after telling them we would arrive late, door locked, no one at desk, others entering hotel had cards to enter. Called hotel number and got an automated message that hotel would open in the morning. Called another number and a human answered who told us that someone would com to the door. No me came. Then saw a light go on in a room to the right of the entrance. Knocked on window and a woman cane to the endow and then opened the door. Acted as tho this was normal procedure.
