Es un excelente lugar es nuevo el hotel todo está bien solo no nos gusto que no hay internet más Que para un teléfono no se pueden conectar más personas y hoy en día son cosas esenciales y lo peor es que al llegar hay se pierde la señal forzosamente nesecitas el wifi pero todo lo demás excelente.

This property is NOT a hotel in the popular definition. The front desk closes overnight. You are required to use a phone in a locked foyer to call a call center so they can, in turn, call an on-duty clerk at the property to come let you in and then check you in. Also seems set up for long term renters, not travelers. Decent property, good clerks. Just don't arrive late.

Nice hotel/Awful Stay The customer representative at the front desk was great. No issues with the room. It was spotless and nicely decorated. My issue is with the noise level the floors make. In addition, I got woken up at 3am by the front desk to let me know to keep the noise down, when I was sleeping and making no noise. That was unacceptable and has never happened in the many hotels I have stayed at. Would not stay here again.
