This property is NOT a hotel in the popular definition. The front desk closes overnight. You are required to use a phone in a locked foyer to call a call center so they can, in turn, call an on-duty clerk at the property to come let you in and then check you in. Also seems set up for long term renters, not travelers. Decent property, good clerks. Just don't arrive late.

Nice but bad service Check in process was terrible 2200 miles from home and won’t take cash to pay for room everywhere else does had to go get a prepaid card to pay for stay of four days toilet would not flush the whole stay. No maintenance staff to fix problem just gave us a plunger to plunge the toilet and came and poured drano down the toilet which did not work. Lots of people smoking weed around the outside of hotel and noticed several young girls coming and going from the hotel thru side entrances appeared to be meeting... read more

Nice hotel/Awful Stay The customer representative at the front desk was great. No issues with the room. It was spotless and nicely decorated. My issue is with the noise level the floors make. In addition, I got woken up at 3am by the front desk to let me know to keep the noise down, when I was sleeping and making no noise. That was unacceptable and has never happened in the many hotels I have stayed at. Would not stay here again.
