Property is well kept, but the hotel itself is older and the rooms could use updating. My only complaint is the cleaning lady tried to get me to check out two hours early so she could clean my room. I wasn’t at all packed and ready to go yet. Also the stairway from the top floor to the basement on the right side of the building smelled like microwaved enchiladas, and not in a good way. But that wasn’t so much of a big deal as I spent little time going up and down the stairs.

Great location, dirty room The location was fantastic, and we loved the room layout. However, the room wasn't cleaned well (small toys in the couch, debris under the fridge) and there was no room service while we were there. There's a great kitchen, but every cabinet was empty. We had to ask for dishes and cooking utensils.

Beautiful facility in a great location. Room wasn't the best as far as wear and tear but it was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, would have liked more choices for the "breakfast" provided. Granola, prepackaged muffins and coffee were the only choices. Great that there was a Starbucks right across the parking lot.

I liked that they had a dishwasher. I didn't like how they didn't have ice tubs.

Had reserved a king suite and was moved to a two double bed room. I was told this was an upgrade. I don’t know how going from a king bed to a tiny bed is an upgrade.
