Service was great. Friendly staff. Room was terrible. Food from previous tenants still in refrigerator. Room was not clean. Bugs in room.

Check in desk mgr James was nice and helpful, but that is where the nice and helpful ended. I went to the front desk to ask if they had any conditioner because we forgot ours. While standing there, a digital sign ready something like "forgot any toiletries-just ask we have complimentary toiletries to help out" with a picture of soap, tooth brush, and razor. So I stand at the counter and wait for someone to come out of the back, when I hear the desk lady say I wonder what in the heck she wants, and then walks out of the back ... read more
