Perfect! This was just the kind of hotel we needed on a very long car trip - convenient, neat and modern. Could not ask for more from this brand.

The toilet drain was stuck. We informed the front desk on Sunday and was told maintenance guy doesn't work on weekend. Checked again next day and was told he was out sick and they will check again and let us know. We didn't hear back from them since. We stayed for 6 nights. Had to request for kitchen necessities. Stay on 2nd floor, always heard neighbor heavier walking and flushing toilet upstairs. Pick and go breakfast was ok.

Bring your own hair dryer and conditioner The room was clean. There was some miscommunication when first checked in as they forgot to tell us that they don't do maid service on the regular here. It's on a sheet of paper they are supposed to give you and go over with you when you check that I never got. In the morning, we asked for a hair dryer (there is not one in the room, you have an iron and an ironing board) and they didn't have one (it was apparently already in use, 1 for the entire hotel?).
