A+ staff, C cleanliness Very friendly and helpful. Not the cleanest room I have stayed in. We were staying for our flight the next morning so it was comfortable enough.

Five days at Extended Stay in Vancouver. Excellent location. The staff is friendly and helpful - better than I have had in much more expensive motels. Let me repeat: Greatest staff ever.

Basic hotel accommodations. This is basic basic accommodations. Extended Stay has made a science of keeping costs down intelligently. Example: Three pillows, not four on bed. One wastebasket in room, have to ask for hair dryer if you need it. But, for basic room over head, it gets the job done. Nothing fancy at all. Breakfast is grab and go..granola bars, apples or oranges, manufactured muffins and coffee. No breakfast room. TV has minimal channels. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Good value and convenient to freeway and food Would've been nice if the kitchen would've already been stocked instead of us having to go down to the front desk to ask for everything individually.

great 2 day stay The room was clean and neat. Front desk help was great to explain everything to us. For once the heater fan was quite compared to other ones where we have stayed before. Access to the hotel is sort of confusing. Over all we will stay here again.

Sold my room to someone else I'd reserved (and prepaid) a smoking room. Upon check-in, I was told that room was no longer available -- it had been given to someone else. The clerk told me it was my fault for booking through a 3rd party (Expedia). What baloney! So I had to go outside to smoke. It was raining, and the ashtray and trash can were away from the covered porch.
