Good Hotel, Near Many Things I went there thinking that I would probably be near nothing, since my main thing was going from there, to PeaceHealth hospital. Well, it can be a bit of a trek to the nearest bus stop, it's not difficult (it's near a dental office 3 blocks up). The staff were always nice and understanding (had issues checking in, but that was on my end). The rooms seemed fairly clean, no mold or bedbugs or the like. Clean nice hotel. I was able to open the window. The room was clean and everything worked. The hotel was lose to a restaurant.

My original stay i paid for six days in advance and was told I was short a day from housekeeping services. So everyday we brought the front desk our used towels and requested things like garbage bags, dish soap, ect... We have continued our stay another week and still have not had anyone knock and ask if housekeeping was needed. At $101. plus change it just seemed weird never seeing but one housekeeping cart and ordering supplies from the front desk for toilet paper, coffee and had to request a coffee pot and dishes eventual... read more

Well situated for quick Portland trup I found this hotel to be very well situated and my room was nice and very large.

Economical no frills Don't expect a continental breakfast you get choice of apples packaged muffin or energy bar Coffee or tea Once a week room service So plan to change your sheets and towels yourself Staff is friendly and polite

Thin walls but otherwise good! Good location just on the other side of the river from PDX. However, the walls were really thin and we could hear people talking on both sides of us. Other than that no complaints.

Quick business trip The hotel is conveniently located for me. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room smelled a bit 'off.' It was not dirty. I was simply crashing for a night and it was fine for the money. It's a no frills place. Perfect value. Lots of utility workers use this hotel, so expect to see a lot of guys who look like they have been working! I like the quick grab and go breakfast.
