Visiting friends- Great location. Quiet safe area-professional staff, clean rooms. Would stay there again.

U.S. Public Health Officer gives this ESA 5 stars. My experience with ESA was absolutely fabulous. They not only meant my needs/expectations but actually exceeded them. They took the time to assist me with a problem that wasn't even within their job duties and as a result they saved my day. Very clean and nice place to stay Liked the room, but the mattress was not very good, to hard, my shoulders and hips hurt throughout the night, didn't sleep well at all. My shoulders hurt for 2 more days from this. Why is it that hotels have only hard mattresses anyway?

Good deal for the $$$ Comfortable, no frills hotel with excellent staff. Door lock system is dated, much of the furnishings are old, as are the appliances. Lack of daily cleaning service saves money, but is a bit of a pain. There are no activities at the hotel; I would stay here but would not take the family. This was strictly business. Biggest disappointment was the speed of the free internet service. When returning to Portland area, I will not stay here: there are better facilities at the same price right across the street... read more
