Good value and convenient to freeway and food Would've been nice if the kitchen would've already been stocked instead of us having to go down to the front desk to ask for everything individually.

great 2 day stay The room was clean and neat. Front desk help was great to explain everything to us. For once the heater fan was quite compared to other ones where we have stayed before. Access to the hotel is sort of confusing. Over all we will stay here again.
Safe and secured It's a nice place. Staff are very friendly. I like the most the fact that it is a safe and secured entry. Laundry room access. Room and amenities is exactly what we were looking for in a room. Comfortable and cozy. The only thing I didn't like is the housekeeping policy. I feel that we should get housekeeping service daily and not just once a week or you have to stay a week to be entitled to housekeeping. That policy definitely needs to change. Great Overnight Stay Great service, Rooms where stinky and somewhat unclean, Overall was great stay
Sold my room to someone else I'd reserved (and prepaid) a smoking room. Upon check-in, I was told that room was no longer available -- it had been given to someone else. The clerk told me it was my fault for booking through a 3rd party (Expedia). What baloney! So I had to go outside to smoke. It was raining, and the ashtray and trash can were away from the covered porch.
