I had a great stay thanks to Courtney/Ladies and Manager Chris plus Krystal/Ladies in housekeeping. The elevator was out for a few weeks and it was quite an inconvenience, but it wasn't the hotel staff fault. These things happen at times. Breakfast was ok.

I wouldn't change my experience for the world... Nothing...Everything was great. Geat LOCATION if visiting City of Hope Cancer Treatment Center. Kudos to an amazing Management & Team a a whole. (Manager Chris, Front Desk Courtney & Ladies, Housekeeping Krystal & Ladies & Gent, and Maintenance.) Just a overal great hotel to stay at.
