The recliner foot rest was broken upon arrival, never fixed. The one ice maker for all the residents has not worked since arrival. Only hot water at kitchen sink since arrival, never fixed.

Breakfast didn’t have eggs and fruits unlike previous visits. I just go there for the breakfast when I visit my daughter.
