Woke up to pest in the room. I was too tired to pack up and ask for another room.

this property is designed to accommodate people staying for extended periods of time - perhaps for work or training (?). It is adequate, clean and modern, but very basic and amenities are very sparse. no shampoo, conditioner or lotion, and only 2 tiny bars of soap. No spoons or stirrers. No cups, and b you have to request a coffee pot (I don’t know if there is a charge). We brought our own coffee pot. towels were very small and thin. The staff was friendly and competent. The three things that would have made our stay and your property of more value to us: 1. Don't say you have breakfast if it is just coffee and granola bars. That doesn't cut it. Not even close. 2. You need to change whatever you're cleaning the floors with. They felt greasy and oily. It was gross getting into bed after walking across the room and back. 3.
