Clean and good customer service
Staff is amazing! Upon arrival I was informed that the key card machine was not working and they were unable to make any keys for new check-ins. The staff was absolutely wonderful in handling the situation. I was offered a refund or to be moved to a different hotel or to have the staff escort me to my room to open the door when I needed in. I opted to stay at the hotel anyways. The front desk clerk and security guard personally escorted all guests to their rooms in a timely manner.
