People were so friendly room was great but no outdoor sitting avalable

1 night with family Went to a concert at COTA, and hotel was perfect. Close to venue. Quiet. Priced right. Clean. Would return if opportunity presented itself
I would have given this 5 stars, but the breakfast was a bit weak.
Clean and convenient but breakfast is very poor other than coffee and a piece of bread that’s it and they advertise it as breakfast included but that’s no breakfast very disappointing
