This is a new facility so is very clean and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Was told the breakfast items offered were basic which is fine, however, there was one selection of fresh fruit... tangerines... which were old and shriveled - not edible at all. Sorry - will only give 1 Star for this.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I travel and stay in hotels over 60 nights a year. This was the WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had. The sports car manager was rude. To be clear I have NEVER left a negative review in over 12 years of using hotels.com

Poor stay experience I was not too impressed. My plumbing wasn’t working. I called the front desk multiple times because someone’s tv was so loud I could hear it over my ear plus and they wouldn’t answer and the room wouldn’t answer their door. The continental breakfast was nothing but granola bars, coffee, or vending machines. Not worth the $240
