Super premium price for lowest order facility. No hairdryer, (upset wife), no working phone, no dishes in Extended Stay Suite (none, zero, nada). The door closers are dangerous and close on suitcases, kids and service dogs. Impossible to enter building or rooms without busting an elbow or suitcase or kids or wife. The extra heavy doors are fine for fire control, but upgrade the closers to give a power assist and for holding open till I enter. I hope someone else's kid get a broken finger and sues. I stayed for 13 days on 4th floor. Elevator was broken for 12 days till my check out. There is only one elevator and going to 4 floor on stair is not easy.
For our stay, the breakfast was included, however we were told while check-in that it is grab and go which starts at 6 and end 9:30 AM. The breakfast was limited to coffee, Eggs, Muffin and Yogurt. Around 8 AM, almost all of the breakfasts were gone and was told that we will not refill as we ran out of the quantities. Excuse was given that we do not get the supplies daily and we were not planned enough to have sufficient. My kids were hungry and had to go out for the breakfast. Elevator was out of service. :(
Morning staff were rude and not helpful she basically told me she couldn’t help me. And the elevator was out of service which is not good for handicap.
This place is a drag.. Never saw any housekeeping when we were there. We left for a couple days and when we came back still no houskeeping. The breakfast is embarrassing and should be even be advertised. The place is depressing and gloomy. The beds are uncomfortable. Just not a very welcoming or homey feel at all. We left our stay a week early and forfeited lots of money to stay somewhere else. I do not recommend at all. Do not pay more then $110 for this hotel whatsoever. There are better options.

Free breakfast was advertised. Instant bag of oatmeal does not amount to a free breakfast. Disappointing vs everywhere else I stay!
No coffee pot/service in room, no trash can, no glasses or cups. Anything you needed or wanted had to be requested from the lobby to be delivered to the room. Breakfast was a granola bar, yuk!
