Property and the facility itself was clean. Rooms were very well taken care of. We could have coffee whenever we wanted it and their vending machines worked. The staff there was very friendly and helpful

The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful! They mentioned it is new and opened last month. It was clean and conveniently located - about fifteen minutes to downtown or to UVA. There weren’t any amenities but there is a free breakfast until 9:30 am.

Staff very friendly. A new property and looks great. No carpet in the bedrooms is fine, but I noticed dust on the floors. Lack of carpet gives room an echo. Snack machine options limited and expensive. The room is nice and chair is very comfortable.

The check-in process was chaotic. They seemed understaffed and the front desk was so slow to do simple check-ins. Some rooms were ready, then they weren't. Other guests were frustrated with the check-in process as well. Overall, the room was clean and everything in the room was functional, which, considering the start of the stay, was a pleasant surprise!
