good value and staff Some mechanical issues but mainly because of newness. Staff very responsive and overall excellent. Will stay here again.

New place to stay in C’Ville. The Extended Stay America is a relatively new building. The staff were friendly. The rooms are a bare minimum with nothing fancy. My biggest complaint is the bed was not comfortable. The shower could have used some grab bars. As far as breakfast, you should plan to go out and eat. Some of the people staying at the hotel took most of what was available. Overall, not bad.

The room was lovely, with comfortable beds, and the front desk staff was great.The breakfast was disappointing.

The grounds were really nice. The hotel itself was very nice very New very updated. The grounds around it were very disheveled and not nice looking. The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. My room was very clean, but the floor did have some weird spots on it, but it wasn’t dirty. It was just like damaged.
