The room was so beautiful and the bed was soft and comfortable. There were time where kids were running down the hall but it didn’t completely ruin the experience.
No USB plugs in rooms. Breakfast was not ready at 6:00 as advertised.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Even though our room was right next to the elevator we didn't hear a thing. The only issue I had is the so-called breakfast. It consisted of coffee, granola bars, instant oatmeal, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Not exactly my idea of breakfast. But overall it was an enjoyable stay. I was in town for a procedure at the Cleveland Clinic and it was an easy drive.
Kim at the front desk was awesome. All the staff went above to make sure we had a nice stay. The room temp. Was a little difficult to control
