Location, 24-hour fitness center, quiet and very clean
Great choice for casual travelers We love staying here when in town visiting family. The updated rooms and lobby have a warm feel. The property is also dog friendly and now has eco friendly shampoo which I appreciate. Staff are helpful as well.
We only needed to stay one night and this place was very comfortable. Nice beds, shower and towels, lots of space for 4 of us. I needed to print something while I was there and the manager went out of her way to help me.
We had a great time! The kids loved the pool, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, (we opted for delivery and it was perfect), the beds were comfortable and our room suite was spacious with all the amenities we needed for our family. I'm glad I chose this hotel for our stay!
Good location and much cheaper than staying in downtown Cleveland. Nice breakfast options - needs more seating, however. Crammed in the lobby.
This hotel is in a nice quiet area. Its clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was great. We had a perfect stay.
Hotel was good, breakfast was not the best because the toaster was not working right. We would stay there again.
