The customer service was great! They were very attentive with questions and concerns. Their staff did an excellent job helping us and our kids with breakfast. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. Coffee options could have been a bit better. Maybe two or three roast options. The roast available was very weak.
Nice size rooms
The indoor pool, and included breakfast was nice. We had a short, enjoyable stay!
I always enjoy coming here!
It was a short drive to the Cleveland Clinic for us. The room and staff were great. Would stay there again.
