Overall a great experience The room was nice but the we could never get the room to the perfect temperature. Other than that, it was great!
Easy access to where we needed to go.
I didn’t know I was sharing the room with mold Overall stay was ok. The room wasn’t cleaned/restocked with towels the day after arrival. I was told I needed to leave a note if I wanted the room cleaned.....BUT...... 9am-ish the next morning the cleaning person was knocking on the door wanting to clean the room. We were checking out that day so not sure what the rush to clean it was since check out wasn’t until 12pm. Usually the cleaning staff wait until we check out before cleaning it for the next renter. Consistent! Hyatt Place is always the same! Hyatt Place is always nice and you know exactly what to expect. There is something to be said about consistency and Hyatt Place is one of the most consistent brands on the market. The only bad thing about this one is the shower curtain liner is about a foot too long so it is in the way and floating in the shower with you when you are showering.
Overall very good Awesome staff and a great room! The King Suite was really nice and the immediate area was clean and quiet for being close to the freeway. Dining options just up the road. I’d stay there again!
