Our room was pretty dirty and poorly maintained, but the hotel staff were nice
Close enough to destination (Cleveland Clinic) without the noise and traffic congestion of the city. Easy parking and very quit location.
For the price is was what I expected. Some of the light's in the room didnt work, there were legos shoved into the AC, there was some mystery green colored thing on the wall and a lot of the furniture was scuffed and slightly damaged. The staff were friendly, and bed was comfortable and most importantly no friends that would sneak home with me. But all in all its just kind of average at best.
Birthday getaway Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived, the check- in people and their smiling faces, and the guy at the front desk for the 3rd shift was friendly and amazing. We stayed July 15th to the 16th, it was my birthday getaway and my 1st time in Cleveland amd we had a blast.
Staff was friendly. Rooms are outdated. The breakfast was very limited. The bathtub drain kept backing up. It was pretty busy while we were there, and the noise level during the late night hours didn’t settle well with our dogs.
The front desk staff was very nice and super informative. We only stayed one night but the accommodation was nice, the room was clean and very large. It was bit outdated.
