The staff was very helpful, kind and curteous. The room had some issues with a closet door that was broken. The staff offered to provide a different room but I opted to stay as we did not need the use of the closet.
This Property located in Independence, Ohio was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean with plenty of fresh towels and clean bedding. The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and helpful as were the housekeepers. A nice coffee bar in the morning in the front lobby.
Room was clean and spacious. Hotel Staff was friendly and courteous. Good location.
