The staff member checking us in was very friendly and the place itself was fairly nice. However, our room only had a single clean towel and no travel shampoo or soap was in the room.

Great room for value We were very pleased with the size of the room for the price, the staff was very helpful (we needed to leave our bags prior to check-in, and it wasn't an issue), the only slight complaint was the size of the beds. Double beds are a bit small for two adults. Location was great, easy drive to downtown, several food options nearby.

Some good, some not as good. Missing toiletries, shampoo, soap, lotion. 1 plastic cup and 1 coffee cup. Breakfast was a couple breakfast bars and coffee, no juice or decaffeinated coffee. I would think all hotel rooms would have hand rails in all the bathrooms even if not handicapped accessible. 2 lights out in the room which were promptly corrected the next am. The room itself was fine and clean, the staff was very friendly and professional, parking was good, and an easy location w easy access to I-77 expressway.

Expensive hotel for the services offered The room as good. Breakfast options were very minimal and not stocked well.

One complaint the beds could have been softer my bed was hard to sleep on. My hips were hurting.

Needs work The service and amenities were fine; I wasn’t expecting 4 star as I was only staying one night on a road trip with my young kids. The cleanliness however was very bad. There were blood stains on the floor and couch, we couldn’t walk anywhere with out shoes on as our socks and feet turned completely black from the dirty carpet. I felt so uncomfortable with how unsanitary the room was - we slept above the covers.
