The front desk people were nice. Our room had terrible leftovers from previous guests. The remote to the TV was broken. There was drug use on/in the property. The first night had a loud girl fight in the parking lot with about 10 women. The breakfast was lacking. NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE.
I booked 2 rooms together for my large family with multiple children... and was given 2 rooms on different floors. I was told there was nothing that could be done to have these rooms (that were booked TOGETHER) even on the same floor. There was also dirty towels hanging in the bathroom upon arrival, and the vents of the air conditioner were caked in dust and not cleaned.
Cleveland visit Hotel room was really good, it was clean, good space, and comfortable
The place was good especially for what it cost us and we would stay there again
Good stay
The building itself was rough, the rooms were very run down and things needed obvious repair. The whole place smelled like somebody smoked weed in it. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. Seems they just have a rough building that needs renovations.
