I came to stay at extended stay America in order to have a place to sleep overnight while traveling across the country. I feel this is necessary to say because when we arrived at extended stay America we were exhausted and were just ready to hit the hay. When checking in the attendant at the desk was completely unwelcoming and I honestly felt as if we were inconveniencing her. Awful Customer Service!!! When we got there the hotel did not have any rooms available. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend or stay here if they paid me to
Terrible The door was locked when I tried to check in and there was no one at the front desk.
