I stayed a night here and it was okay. First thing I called the night before and the young lady I spoke with said I could check in early at 12pm. So when I arrived the next day around 1pm the gentleman at the desk said I’m sorry she told you that, she shouldn’t have told you that. But he still let me check in early and the room was ready. Staff were nice but loud music being played, police and what seemed to be a guest threatening the front desk staff will be the reason i do not return to stay here.
No kitchen utensils/cups/plates available. Toilet would not flush debris. Despite contacting the front desk, problem was not dealt with. Garbage bins in breakfast area were overflowing. Obvious that they had not been dumped from the day before. Pile of bed sheets left in hallway on 2nd floor. Overall, a newer facility but one that appears to be prone to lack of staff attention/poor housekeeping which will sooner tha not affect the overall ambience of the facility to guests.

We didn’t even stay. The first room was disgusting, the floors were sticky, smelled like smoke and it looked like someone crushed a cigarette in the sheets. The front desk attendant told me it hadn’t been cleaned. We were given another room, and as i pulled the blanket up and moved the pillow there was a massive stain. We immediately grabbed our things and left.

The receptionist was attentive and helpful. The room was not ready for us. The bed was not made the floor was not swept. When we told the receptionist that we were not staying there, he promptly processed a refund for our money no questions asked.

Never stayed there. Didn't have a room that we booked. Ater driving 8-9 hours we didn't have a room that we thought we did.
Just one note that the breakfast is not accurate. A couple breakfast bars and one option of fruit is not a breakfast
The smell of hallway room and bed is very bad
