They refusr to check me in after midnight after 5 hours ride

Nice place, but avoid Room 101. Clean room. HVAC system whirred all night making sleep difficult. Room 101.

Won't Be Staying Again The $150 Fee For Amenities Is Crazy & Make Them Lose Alot Of Business Then The Room That Was Given Wasn't Clean

Front desk lady was rude the entire weekend very distasteful if you hate your job quit don’t take it out on innocent customers. Kitchen Sink was broken and leaked all over counter

This property was disappointing. When we arrived we were greeted with a roach. They changed our room and it was still dirty with broken facilities and the phone didn’t work. The floor was dirty too. Some staff were nice, others were rude and dismissive.

Hotel had a bad odor throughout, sheets were not clean, bathroom was in desperate need of a deep clean. Bathroom had one bar of cheap soap. Overall this hotel seemed like they did the bare no minimum in almost every category. Hotel seemed like a boarding house for longer term guests with hair everywhere. Would not recommend.

It was a lot of ants in the room . The shower was dirty. Sheets had brown stains and the equipment was not working in the fitness room.

Checked in. Front staff was friendly. Room was dirty, toilet seat had hair and urine stains on it. Price for room was greater than report on Expedia.

They double booked my room a stranger walked into my room at 2:30 in the morning not safe at all. I called front desk and they wont resolve it. They were rude and dismissive.
