Great productivity elevator broken Elevators did not work had to lug luggage up and down the stairwell. Last month's day I complained about the elevator not working on checkout elevator still not working after a month so out of order.

The property was clean and modern. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were fine. The exercise area was very basic, had broken equipment and did not even have a tv inside of it. The breakfast is "grab and go" foods only, and they do not provide cream cheese for the bagels. For the most part, the front desk staff were very friendly. However, I had requested a late check-out. Well, I guess the front desk person did not check the log. Room was clean and spacious.. but the best part for me was checking in .. the front desk clerk was helpful informative and knowledgeable and a genuine friendly person who made me truly feel welcomed. I would stay here again simply to experience the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time!

Lenora checked me in and was very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service so getting everything upstairs was a bit challenging, but I only stayed one night so not a big deal. I booked day of arrival so didn’t receive notice about it but I ldoubt I would’ve cancelled my reservation. Hotel is pet friendly and that was my main consideration. Would stay here again if passing through.

Good for the money paid The room was very clean and spacious, the staff was friendly. You can't get maid service unless you stay more than 7 days, the bathroom faucet hardly had water coming out, very poor pressure, but just in the bathroom faucet. They also have no pool.
