If I could rate them with 10 stars, I would. Everything was perfect - including the very courteous staff.

We thought the place was ok, but it took a long time to check in, then the next morning I went to take a shower and while waiting at least 10 minutes for the water to get hot, I looked for the blow-dryer, only to find out there wasn't one. Had to look up the number to the front desk, as there wasn't a link on the phone, in the room, and they told me I had to get it at the front desk. I asked if he could bring it to my room, and he did, but what a hassle. Wouldn't stay there again.

The staff seemed nice, but the shuttle was a complete mess, had to stand around in the cold at DIA for like 45 minutes at 11 PM and then get dropped off last and still get charged $7.50 for the privilege. They pretend like they know what the schedule is, but it's completely unpredictable and you just have to stand there until the shuttle feels like showing up. Next time, would just take an Uber and factor that into the price.

This was about as low budget as you can get without being cheap. No conditioner, no hair dryer, grab and go breakfast so not much of any value.

No hot water can’t do anything about it. Charged for shuttle that never came. Hallway carpet dirty uncomfortable bef

I did not stay in this hotel not because I didn’t want to. I was told by the desk clerk that I couldn’t get checked in because their internet service has been down for hours and she doesn’t know what time it will be restored. This is a new hotel with no back up plan when things like this happens. I had no choice but go to another hotel that night. It was a terrible experience.

The property could not check me in and has not refunded the booking.

New hotel, wait a while even if it’s on sale. Check in was delayed 6+ hours, no hot water at all. Staff communication was terrible. It’s not their fault these issues occurred but they did not communicate clearly, transparently, or professionally.
