Liked the location very much. Easy in and easy out. The office clerk was clever and fun. there were 9 of us checking in and we were there for a good time. She was delightful and the driver of the van was wonderful.

This is a great one night spot for awaiting a cruise or flight. Would not have wanted to stay here on a vacation. Convenient location and lots of restaurants to walk to.

Its proximity to shopping plaza and eatery. How late Ross opens. I did not like how the room was not cleaned.

The staff are good but they need more at the front desk during checkin. There was no one there between 2:30 and 3. The person working the desk was upstairs checking rooms, hence the need for another staff member.

Pictures are Deceiving We booked this hotel mainly for its location. However, its online pictures were also a factor. The pictures do it way too much justice. It’s pretty worn down and outdated. The hallway carpet smelled of mildew and had lots of stains. We killed a HUGE roach that was in our bathroom. One of the beds was extremely squeaky. The receptionist was friendly though. I wouldn’t recommend it and next time I’ll pay more money for a nicer hotel.
