Comfortable bed, not shower. No make service over three days but desk people were happy to provide towels and incidentals.

Mediocre at best Was visiting a friend at a nearby hospital. Front desk staff was too busy with phone calls. First thing I saw when I entered room was a small cockroach on the kitchen sink. Fridge and microwave were rusty. Room smelled clean but with dark brown carpet actual cleanliness was questionable. Towels were ok. Sink water never got hot, shower took forever to get hot water. One flimsy plastic wrapped cup in bathroom. Had to go back to front desk for a glass or anything else.

It is little things. Had to ask for a glass for bathroom. No toilet paper holder. Have to ask front desk for ice. One bed lamp didn’t work refrigerator opens wrong direction. Bed nice. Convient to cruise port with close strip mall to get wine and soda.
