Very nice place to stay prior to flying out of RSW. Only drawback for us was no in room coffee. It is available in the lobby

Good and Bad Receptionist The receptionist for an early arrival was rude and inconsiderate. I saw her treat another person the same way. The lady that came in later was very nice and professional.

The location is good, Starbucks next door, and close to everything. The daily rates are great. And they welcomed my dog. It had a full-sized fridge, stovetop, and microwave. It was clean and although crowded at times, was pretty quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative, the beds could've been more comfortable, but had plenty of pillows to soften things up.
