Extended Stay Evaluation I enjoyed our stay--it was room, clean and I loved the nice vinyl flooring--very clean!!

Squeaky, Squeaky, 😩 all night long.😩😩 My family stay was for the most part very professional. My only and biggest complaint was the beds squeaked every time you moved in the bed. This was the first time I had ever experienced this problem in a hotel. It was quite loud and disturbing. It was not just one bed but both beds. Very , very disappointed. Soft bed, but noisy as hell, all night long. This is in room 217.

Staff is extremely nice. We didn’t have towels, the desk clerk above and beyond to get them. I needed to make a change to the reservation and Hope was extremely helpful.

I was in Fredericksburg because of appts. with my doctors. The location was was perfect. It is a quiet area and the staff was always available

Convenient location near Wegmans and other shopping areas. Kitchenette nice, but you have to request everything to be able to cook; no coffee maker, glasses, or kitchen towels. Mattress and pillow caused me back and neck spasms.

Hotel was very convenient and very clean. Definitely does NOT include breakfast, which we were banking on. More like coffee and granola bars. Very nice staff, though.
