Over great stay Check-in was seamless, we were a little early and Thalia was very accommodating and pleasant. She was extremely helpful by explaining everything including changes due to Covid. Currently you must request just about everything that's normally in the rooms at ES due to COVID and that's understandable. I was traveling with my 15 year old son, we booked the 1 bedroom suite and it was spacious enough to give us both privacy. Good, but no fresh breakfast I liked it! It was a nice area and clean place. I didn’t like that we really didn’t have much option for breakfast. It’s already 2 years into covid and still no fresh breakfast for the price we paid.
The location was great and close by many things. The hot water was barely lukewarm all week. Was there 4 days and zero maid service. Pool was nice. room was clean but older and needed updating. $34 extra for new years eve night and no additional services provided.

Nice property walking distance to restaurants Clean, spacious rooms with a microwave and a fridge. Very friendly staff! Will definitely stay again!! Only room for improvement is the breakfast, kind of skimpy.
