I didn’t realize it was a pet friendly hotel and I’m very seriously allergic to cats. I was in my room for 15 minutes in my nose started running and my eyes get red and I was feeling like I was having terrible cat allergies.I ended up going to the front desk and the front desk clerk was extremely nice. She change my room and actually upgraded me and I had a nice room with a king size bed and no allergy problems. I guess there should probably be rooms designated for cats and dogs. Seemed updated more recently. I was afraid when I arrived and multiple buses of kids were unloading... I hardly heard them the entire time I was there and was very happy with my stay.
Good hotel at a good price This hotel was fine for our short stay. The room was comfortable, the lobby area was really nice, and the breakfast wasn’t bad. They had lots of choices and everything was hot and fresh. The lady at the front desk was helpful, but she wasn’t very patient and had a little attitude when dealing with our family. If you’re looking for a nice hotel at a moderate price, I would recommend staying here and would stay here again when coming to Lakeland.
I kept running into the TV when getting into and out of bed.
It felt like a bunch of kids playing hotel. It was certainly adequate for our needs.
