Great clean place
Clean!!! Staff was amazing.
No aggressive dogs The Hotel is fine. There shoupd be a better dog policy. I have ran into another guest twice with an aggressive pit bull. The first time he was growling, second time he was trying to jump on other guests.

Great room at a bargain price! Was concerned that it was “pet friendly” & cat allergies are an issue, but room was fresh and clean and all laminated floors / no carpet. Full kitchen in room a plus. Birgit at front desk pleasant and helpful. We will use it for our Melbourne travel!

Nice rooms with comfortable beds in a quiet area. Only downside is the "free breakfast" is a wrapped muffin, instant oatmeal, and coffee.
