I liked the clean rooms, and like that the room had a refrigerator, microwave, stove, tv and desk. I did not like that there was nothing to drink in the room, not even water (I would not have mind pay for bottle water). There was not a coffee maker either. I liked the sink next to the stove . I disliked that the breakfast they offered when I reserved was not described. The front desk person told me don't expect a real breakfast, only a granola bar and coffee. The building looked clean. Very spacious clean room, worth the price you pay. The breakfast options could be better as the pandemic situation is getting better.
Well-kept property that is close to I95 and the main road into Melbourne. I had no issues with my stay. A basic cold breakfast is included. I would stay again.
