Could not find any staff on multiple occasions at the desk. I actually had to listen to private chats from the back room while standing at the front desk for over 10 mins. They have cameras so I assume they knew I was there. My husband also wasn’t able to find staff several times. The rooms were nice except that the noise from above disrupted my sleep.

I am a regular guest of ESA, and this hotel is very nice. My single complaint, however, is that the ceilings are too thin and I could hear every single step of the person(s) directly above me.

My experience at Extended stay properties in the past has not been positive so it was with some reservation that I made this booking. I was pleasantly impressed with everything and everyone at this site. I would most definitely stay here again as well as recommend this property.
